Refund Policy

Short version: If you are not satisfied with ReadyTab Pro within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@readytab.cloud for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Overview
ReadyTab is a premade browser extension delivered instantly upon purchase. Because it is a digital software product with an immediate download, we offer a time-limited refund window rather than accepting returns.
2. Eligibility

The 14-day window starts on the date your payment is confirmed.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@readytab.cloud with:
- Your license key — this is all we need to locate your purchase
- A brief reason (optional — helps us improve the product)
No account or email address is required — your license key uniquely identifies your order. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method via LemonSqueezy. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
4. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
Annual subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for a new period:
- Cancel auto-renewal from your account settings before the renewal date
- You will retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period
- Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund patterns).
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
6. EU / EEA Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless you have already started using the digital product and explicitly waived this right at checkout.
In all cases, our 14-day refund window is consistent with EU withdrawal rights for digital goods.
