If you run IT for a company without a managed browser setup and want one locked start page for everyone, you need Full on the account that hosts it. The same is true for a team lead who wants the links out of chat and into one board, and for an agency keeping a separate board per client. If you only want your own board on your laptop and your desktop, Sync is enough. If you work on one machine, stay on Free.
No. The person who hosts the board needs Full. Everyone else installs ReadyTab for free, joins the board with its read token and password, and edits it with an edit key the owner hands out. The owner can name keys for people or groups and revoke each one on its own. Share the board credentials, never your license key.
To follow or edit a shared team board, yes. A public board is different: it is a read-only web page that opens in any browser, so contractors, clients and phones can read it without installing anything.
No. Sync and Full are billed once a year. Full is also sold as a one-time lifetime license at CHF 52.99.
Your local workspaces stay on your device and keep working on Free. Cloud operations that need a paid plan stop, and a team board can no longer accept saves until the owner has publishing access again. Pending edits stay on each editor’s device for recovery. You can export everything as JSON at any time from Settings → Data.
You can buy the lifetime license at any time, but it is a separate key. Cloud dashboards, version history and hosted boards stay tied to the key that created them, and ReadyTab does not yet copy them to a new key. Export your data first and read the notes on replacing a license key before you switch.
Build the whole board on Free; nothing about the board itself needs a paid plan. Full only becomes necessary the moment you publish it or host it for others. If Full does not do what you expected, the refund policy applies.
Prices are in Swiss francs. Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy, which accepts cards and common local payment methods and adds any VAT that applies in your country.
Yes. One Full license can publish as many live boards and public links as you need, each from its own source workspace. An agency with a board per client only pays once.
Boards are encrypted in your browser before anything is uploaded, so the server stores blobs it cannot read. The extension has no analytics and no ads. Local workspaces never leave your machine unless you turn on sync or share them. The privacy policy lists what the backend does hold: license and access metadata.
